See where your operation’s hours go, measured from the systems you already run.

We read your ERP, inboxes, chat and spreadsheets, find the work that leaks between them, and tell you what to fix first.

Most process reviews ask. We measure.

Interviews tell you what people think takes time. Your systems record what does.

A review built on interviews

  • People estimate how long their work takes.
  • Savings are worked out from what people remember.
  • The work nobody thinks to mention stays hidden.

A diagnostic built on your systems

  • Time stamps show how long work actually takes.
  • Counts come from the ERP, the inboxes and chat.
  • We ask people only about what the data can't explain.

We look at the whole back office.

Every function that runs through your ERP, inboxes and chat. Each tile shows the kind of finding we report.

  • Order entry

POs retyped from email, and the time from arrival to entry.

    Read from Inbox, ERP

  • Quoting and RFQs

Requests that wait, and quotes that never convert.

    Read from Inbox, ERP, chat

  • Purchasing and vendor follow-up

Vendor acks chased by hand, and late POs.

    Read from Inbox, ERP

  • Pricing and contracts

Prices kept in spreadsheets that disagree with the ERP.

    Read from Spreadsheets, ERP

  • AR and collections

Disputes and credit holds worked in email.

    Read from Inbox, ERP, chat

  • Customer service

“Where’s my order” threads, and their volume by customer.

    Read from Inbox, chat

  • Inventory and item data

Duplicate items, and cross-references kept outside the ERP.

    Read from ERP, spreadsheets

  • Spreadsheets beside the ERP

The workbooks teams keep for what the ERP doesn’t do.

We measure first. Then we ask.

Four steps, and nothing is ever written to your systems.

  1. Step 1: Connect read-only.

Under a signed observation notice that says exactly what we read.

  2. Step 2: Observe and measure.

We watch for a set window and measure how work moves between systems.

  3. Step 3: Ask only where data has gaps.

Short process questions, only about what the data can't explain.

  4. Step 4: Deliver the report.

Ranked findings, each with a measured count, an hours estimate and a next step.

Where every finding lands

  • Fix it with what you already own.

Often an ERP setting nobody turned on, or a report nobody built.

  • Solve it with Ordermatic.

Where the fix is data entry from email or text into your ERP, which is what Ordermatic does.

  • Outside our lane.

We say so and refer you to someone who does that work.

We also report what is not worth fixing, so you don't spend time on it.

What the report looks like.

Not worth fixingDuplicate customer records. Real, but rare enough that cleanup would cost more time than it saves.

We collect broadly. We handle it strictly.

We read at full detail because that is what makes the findings right. Here is how we treat what we read.

  • Your data is encrypted with a key for your company only.
  • Every access is recorded in a locked log.
  • Raw data is deleted 90 days after your report.
  • We delete it sooner whenever you ask.
  • Reports show teams and processes by default. Per-person views only if you turn them on.
  • Nothing is ever written to your systems.

Read-only, always.

One finding, from one diagnostic

[Customer] before and after: [metric]

[One or two sentences on what the diagnostic measured, what they changed, and what moved.]

Questions we get before we start.

What do you need from us?

A signed observation notice, and read-only access to your ERP, your shared inboxes, Teams or Slack, and the spreadsheets you choose.

Do you change anything in our systems?

No. Access is read-only, always. Nothing is ever written to your ERP, inboxes or chat.

Do you interview our team?

Only where the data has gaps. We send short process questions about what the systems can't explain, not a round of interviews.

Is this a sales pitch for Ordermatic?

No. Every finding lands in one of three buckets: fix it with what you already own, solve it with Ordermatic, or outside our lane, where we refer you on. We also tell you what isn't worth fixing.

Who sees the results?

You and the Ordermatic staff working on your diagnostic.

What if you don't support our ERP yet?

Join the waitlist for it. We build the next connector where the waitlist is longest.

What does it cost?

[Pricing]

Two minutes. Then we’ll tell you exactly what happens next.

We use these answers to check whether we can connect to your systems. If we can, the diagnostic reads your ERP, shared inboxes, Teams or Slack, and the spreadsheets you choose, read-only. Only you and the Ordermatic staff on your diagnostic see the results. Joining a waitlist needs no connection to anything.

  • You see the fit right away.

When you send this, the page tells you whether we can connect to your ERP and email today.

  • We agree the scope.

If we can connect, you book a call to choose the systems we read and the observation window.

  • Nothing connects before you sign.

The observation notice lists exactly what we read. Access stays read-only.
